Chrysalis had long operated from a former funeral home building in south Minneapolis, but the building was in disrepair and too small for Chrysalis to adequately serve the needs of its clients. They asked Keewaydin for assistance in finding a new building, one with easy access to public transportation and in an environment with a comfortable neighborhood feel.

Keewaydin conducted detailed site searches for buildings suitable for renovation and vacant lots within the city. We identified many options and finally found the perfect site, but it held a building which would need to be removed. Keewaydin negotiated for the removal of the building, enabling Chrysalis to build a new 20,000 square foot center on the lot.

Chrysalis' new facility opened to the public in 2001.
