Mr. Gross brings to Keewaydin a wealth of experience in design and construction of performing arts projects including the Ford Center for the Performing Arts (Lyric and Apollo Theaters), New York; the Oriental Theater, Chicago; and the Pantages Place Theater in Toronto. Michael was the Project Manager for the Guthrie Theater on the River, a $150 million three-stage theater complex, completed on budget and on schedule in early 2006. He was responsible for managing the development and construction schedule, monitoring the project budget, and integrating the efforts of all members of the design, construction and consultant teams. Michael recently completed a Redevelopment Feasibility Study for the Minnesota Orchestra. Michael’s background in both architecture and engineering provide a valuable perspective to the unique challenges of successful planning and execution of major projects. Michael holds a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Architecture from McGill University in Montreal. |
