For five years Keewaydin has assisted the theater with all of its real estate needs.
Past projects include finding a new space in the Minneapolis Warehouse District
for the theater's costume shop and re-negotiating the Guthrie laboratory theater
lease. Most recently, Keewaydin worked with the Guthrie development office
as it searched for new space.
"The process brought into focus the exact square footage and type of space we needed.
We found there were all sorts of long-term issues we had not even addressed."
