Information about our pro bono activities Are you a non-profit and in need of real estate assistance? If you are a Twin Cities Area non-profit charitable or arts organization, and have a need for assistance with a real estate problem, feel free to contact Keewaydin for assistance. Or if you are associated with such an organization feel free to contact us. We generally review proposals for assistance and provide some assistance. Although our size may not permit us to accommodate all requests, we try hard to find the time to provide they type of advise and counsel most non-profits could not afford. Keewaydin is proud to be a member of the Minnesota Keystone Program. Keystone companies agree to donate more than 5% of their pre-tax earnings to charitable causes. Keewaydin is one of only 42 companies statewide with less than 25 employees that participates in the program. "We consider giving back to the community a fundamental party of our mission," says Peter Kitchak, President of Keewaydin. Peter Kitchak, Keewaydin's founder and President, is a member of the Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Guthrie Theater Foundation, one of the premier classical non-profit theaters in America. Peter Kitchak has also served as the Vice Chair in charge of the Small Business division of the Minneapolis Area United Way Peter Kitchak is also on the Board of Directors of the Minneapolis Downtown Council |
