October 17, 1999 KEEWAYDIN NAMED ONE OF TOP 10 REAL ESTATE SERVICE PROVIDERS IN NORTH AMERICA One Sunday October 17, The Keewaydin Group received the William Dorsey Award as one of the top real estate service providers in North America. Only 10 firms received the award. Keewaydin was the only Midwest recipient. The award was presented at the World Congress of the Industrial Development Research Council, an organization of top corporate real estate executives representing most of the major companies in North America. The William Dorsey Award is a joint effort of the Industrial Development
Research Council (IDRC) and Site Search Magazine, a trade publication to the
corporate real estate industry. Kathy Ehrmann, Keewaydin's Senior Vice President
of Strategic Real Estate Planning, was present to receive the award which
recognizes those organizations who deliver the highest level of real estate
service by demonstrating a consistent pattern of good work and placing clients
interests as their top priority. April 8, 1999 Medtronic announces new $250 Million Headquarters. Kathy Ehrmann, Keewaydin's Senior Vice President in charge of Strategic Real Estate Planning led the planning effort, Peter Kitchak, Keewaydin's President, led the negotiating team to acquire the land and obtain the necessary city and state incentives.
Kathy Ehrmann promoted to Senior Vice President. In recognition of of her outstanding contribution to Keewaydin's clients and to The Keewaydin Group, Kathy Ehrmann was promoted to Senior Vice President effective immediately. Wendi Wheeler promoted to site selection and marketing specialist. Leah Schoeff joins Keewaydin as assistant in strategic real estate planning and project management. Keewaydin is pleased to announce the above promotions and welcomes Allison and Leah to our team.
March 25, 1999: Buffet's Inc. breaks ground on new headquarters facility in Egan, Minnesota. Keewaydin is the Project Manager and assisted in Strategic Real Estate Planning that led to a decision to locate on the site.
March 1, 1999: Keewaydin named real estate consultant to Cunningham Group Architects. Keewaydin will assist them in finding a new location for their existing Twin Cities facility. |
