Shannon Reilly is responsible for preparing market analyses, conducting site selection research and negotiating commercial real estate transactions.  She is well known for her attention to detail and her ability to quickly grasp her clients' goals and objectives.

Shannon recently: 
• Conducted a site search for 100 plus acres in suburban Minneapolis.
• Completed a site selection and negotiated a lease for The Trane Company's 100,000 square foot regional office/light manufacturing facility in White Bear Lake Minnesota.
• Conducted an analysis of existing space and land availabilities for a 60,000 and an 80,000 square foot building in the west and southwest suburbs of Minneapolis.
• Conducted a site search and negotiated a new headquarters lease for MLT  Vacations (a subsidiary of Northwest Airlines) in suburban Minneapolis.
• Conducted a site search for a new 150,000 square foot distribution center for Gander Mountain near Indianapolis, Indiana.

A 12 year veteran at Keewaydin, Shannon is an acknowledged market expert in many markets throughout the United States.

Shannon received her B.S. degree in Business Real Estate from Arizona State University.
