Kathy Ehrmann assists clients with strategic real
estate planning and with project management for Arts Projects. She's
known as a persistent questioner who develops a deep understanding of each
organization's business direction and then, using Keewaydin's proprietary
systems, she works with the client to determine how real estate issues can
assist with an organization's overall strategic business plan. Her
combined background in real estate and corporate finance gives her a strong
foundation for advising clients on major real estate decisions, and her work
in the Arts and non-profit community has demonstrated her ability to develop
creative facilty solutions and manage complex arts strategies.
Kathy’s client list includes: Kathy recently: • Served as project advisor to the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis and managing the selection of Paris architect Jean Nouvel to design the new Guthrie on the River in Minneapolis. • Assisted Medtronic with designing a short and long term strategy for managing the real estate issues related to the firm's rapid growth and recent acquisitions. • Developed a strategic real estate plans for Lutheran Brotherhood's headquarters facilities. • Developed a strategic real estate plan for Target Corporation's operations facilities. • Assessed new opportunities for space utilization by Merchant & Gould, a nationally recognized intellectual properties law firm. • Developed a strategic real estate plan for Fingerhut Companies. • Designed and developed a communications program for Medtronic's use in obtaining government assistance with their new corporate headquarters facility. Kathy, who has more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning and real estate, joined Keewaydin in November 1997. Previously, she worked in marketing and strategic planning capacities for Nations Bank, serving real estate clients nationwide. Kathy is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. |
