Michelle McGuire
Senior Project Manager
Michelle McGuire manages the construction of new or existing properties and leasehold improvements for Keewaydin clients.  Her responsibilities include full project management services: developing and monitoring the project scope, budget and schedule including professional services, construction, telecommunications, Furniture Fixtures & Equipment and relocation.  Her job requires an overall project perspective with attention to the smallest details.  As the client's representative she defines a clear vision of the process and enjoys solving the issues inherent in every project.  A strong team-builder, Michelle's goal is the start-to-finish management of a project that is on time, on budget and in which Keewaydin's  all clients's expectations are not only met but exceeded.  "My style is to create a cooperative framework," she says, "but I never lose sight of my advocacy for the client's best interests."

Michelle recently:
• Completed the development management of Buffet's Inc. new headquarters.

Michelle brings 20 years of experience to the process of managing the successful design and construction for major corporations. Her previous experience as an architect, and most recent experience as a landlord's representative for construction, allow her a unique perspective.

Michelle brings 20 years of experience to the process of managing the successful design and construction forfacilities of major corporations. Prior to joining Keewaydin, she worked as a project manager with a number of large architectural firms.

She has managed the development of over 1.5 million square feet of tenant improvements.
