Michelle McGuire manages the construction of new
or existing properties and leasehold improvements for Keewaydin clients.
Her responsibilities include full project management services: developing
and monitoring the project scope, budget and schedule including professional
services, construction, telecommunications, Furniture Fixtures & Equipment
and relocation. Her job requires an overall project perspective with
attention to the smallest details. As the client's representative
she defines a clear vision of the process and enjoys solving the issues
inherent in every project. A strong team-builder, Michelle's goal
is the start-to-finish management of a project that is on time, on budget
and in which Keewaydin's all clients's expectations are not only
met but exceeded. "My style is to create a cooperative framework,"
she says, "but I never lose sight of my advocacy for the client's best
interests."
