Keewaydin's approach to Project Management for the Arts is based on time tested business techniques. Project Management involves the supervision of the entire process of conceiving, designing and constructing a new fine arts project. Keewaydin does not serve as a contractor during that process, we serve as your planning department, your real estate department and your project manager. We assist in planning and researching the need, determining if you need a new facility, finding the location, negotiating government assistance, selecting the architect, hiring the contractor, developing budgets and schedules and then managing the entire process until the new facility is commissioned and your first patrons arrive.  Keewaydin charges a fixed fee for the process, and we don't mark anything up. We are your advocate and expert in the process. We have no conflicts of interest and we work solely for you.
