Portland Arts Consortium needed a feasibility study for a multiple venue performing arts facility.

Keewaydin led a team of experts from seven firms from across the country to evaluate the needs of the four different organizations, collectively know as Portland BODS. The study not only created a facilities plan, but also provided fundraising and consensus-building strategies which assisted BODS in generating critical support from the city and surrounding community. | case study >
