Polo Ralph Lauren has retained Keewaydin for four projects: their headquarters office in New York totaling 165,000 sq ft, a national distribution center totaling 400,000 sq ft in North Carolina, a 160,000 sq ft administrative office in New Jersey, and a 100,000 sq ft warehouse center, also in New Jersey.

Keewaydin provided the strategic planning, financial feasibility studies, real estate negotiation and development and relocation management services on all of these
projects. Keewaydin also provided market analysis, site selection and lease negotiation for sales offices in Los Angeles and Seattle. | case study >
