MLT Vacations was operating out of an outdated facility that was too large; following the relocation of a call center to another site. They wanted to be closer to the Minneapolis airport yet in a location that would have only a minimal impact on commute times for their employees. Furthermore, MLT desired a Class A interior but was working with a very conservative budget.
