Distribution Centers
A nation-wide practice, this division provides single point responsibility for the implementation of major real estate distribution projects. Services include location evaluations, site searches, feasibility studies, incentive negotiations, budget and schedule management, project team selection (architects, materials handling engineers, process engineers, contractors, etc.), negotiation of all contracts, change order evaluation and site management. Keewaydin will also examine labor rates, utilities, tax climate and other factors which are costs to our clients. In a distribution center project, it is critical to compare these costs, determine how they vary from city to city, state to state and how they will impact the operation of a distribution center.
