Michael Sedley is responsible for market analyses, conducting site selection research and negotiating commercial real estate transactions. Michael rejoined Keewaydin in 2007 after serving as Vice President of Land for Pulte Homes. Prior to originally joining Keewaydin, Michael built the sales and marketing department for the Ryland Group - Twin Cities Division. There he developed the sales team and increased their sales volume by 200%.
Michael received his B.S. degree in Business from Ohio State University and his MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
